Westbury Village Hall
Our reception is taking place at Westbury Village Hall near Brackley for an evening of music, dancing, snacks and cake.
- When: 3rd October 2025
- Time: 6:30pm
- Dancing starts 7:30pm
- Dress code: Use this as an opportunity to dress up! Smart attire, no jeans or trainers. Wear a fancy dress (other articles of clothing are acceptable) or put on a nice shirt and trousers/suit.
For your information...
- Please organize your transport in advance due to the rural location.
- We'll be doing traditional barn dancing for a bit of fun. It's beginners friendly and they will go through all of the moves you need to know. So there's no excuse not to join in!
- We would love you to take loads of pictures and share them with us, however please don't share them on social media until after the bride and groom have posted their first pictures.
Timeline of events
- 6:30pm - Reception begins guests start arriving & bar opens
- 7:30pm - Barn dancing starts
- 8:00pm - 8:30pm~ - A break from the chaos
- 8:30pm - 9:00pm~ - Barn dancing part 2!
- 9:30pm - Barn dancing ends and DJ with normal music starts
- 11:00pm - DJ ends & last orders for the bar

Since the reception is in a rural location, we recommend staying in Brackley or Buckingham. We've found some great options below but feel free to find your own.
